Christmas in Australia Pictures
Pretty as a picture! Miranda Kerr celebrated Christmas on Friday with an idyllic tree and perfectly wrapped presents from her home country of Australia
With perfectly wrapped presents sitting underneath the picturesque tree, red and silver baubles sparkled under the soft light coming through the window.
Speaking at a morning tea held at the Sydney Park Hyatt last week, the mother-of-one said that come Christmas, she planned on getting her hands dirty in the kitchen.
'We all like to cook together, with my family it's like everyone is in the kitchen helping out', she said.
Spot the model: Miranda went on to share a group snap of herself and family members captioned, 'Family fun'
Taking some time out: The supermodel is back in her home of Australia to enjoy the festivities with her son and her extended family
Family time: The 32-year-old said her four-year-old son Flynn enjoys playing hide and seek with Miranda's grandmother Anna Kerr (right, also pictured with her mother, Therese, left)
'That's part of the fun of it because it's not like one responsible cook or one responsible who like cleans the dishes, we all do it all together, ' she went on, saying she too lends a hand scrubbing up.
Her homecoming will be a special event for her four-year-old son Flynn too, who will be running around after his great grandmother by the sounds of it.
'Watching my son with my grandma is just priceless, ' Miranda said.
Getting her hands dirty: Miranda said that everyone cooks during a Kerr Christmas
'It's incredible to see them together because they're both very cheeky and they both feed off each other [and] that kind of energy. She likes playing with him and running around the house and playing hide and seek.'
In regards to what gifts her son, whom she shares with Hollywood hunk Orlando Bloom, would receive, she said: 'Right now he's very much into his train set.'
'So anything that kind of goes into the train set… All the little things that go with it, ' she added.
Doting mother: Miranda said her son Flynn loves his train set, so his Christmas presents would be all train-related
